Founder
Rahney Walcott, Owner of Alrahn Property Management
Rahney Walcott is the proud owner of Alrahn Property Management. With a background as a paralegal, Rahney brings a wealth of experience and a meticulous eye for detail to her business. She spent 12 years working in the Corporate Legal Department at Sony Pictures in Culver City, California, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of corporate operations.
Growing up in the Desert, Rahney has strong roots in the community. Her family, including her mother, father, and one of her three brothers, still reside in the area. This close-knit family connection is a cornerstone of her life and work.
Rahney has always had a passion for helping people. The pandemic was a turning point for her, as it allowed her to fully realize what she truly enjoys doing—providing exceptional property management services. Her dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of her work at Alrahn Property Management.
Alton
Co Founder
Alton, Co-Owner of Alrahn Property Management
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Alton always dreamed of moving to the beautiful desert. With a special interest in fitness, he has competed in bodybuilding tournaments and proudly received a medal at the OCB Yorton Cup National Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. His passion for fitness continues as he enjoys training others and helping with physical therapy. Alton is also a licensed bodyguard and provides security services.
What Alton enjoys almost as much as staying fit is spending time with his beautiful wife, Rahney. Their paths crossed when he left Los Angeles, and together they shine, working hard to make Alrahn Property Management a success. Alton brings strength and a memorable smile to the business, and Rahney says he's the nicest guy she has ever met.
